NOVEMBER

    Buena Vista Rancheria Fall Dance

  • Noon
On this day we honor the Elders. At this event, young Tribal members serve the Elders a wonderful home-cooked meal. This event is not only to honor the Elders, but to teach the younger generation the respect deserved to their Elders.
The knowledge comes from our Elders and bringing both Elders and children together bridges that gap. We celebrate the gift of dance with traditional and Aztec dancers.
The day winds down with a full stomach and a game of bingo! We have adopted this as an annual gathering.
